This two bedroomed apartment is front line to the Segura river with beautiful views down the river and out over open countryside.Situated just 5 minutes walk into the splendid town of Quardamar and 15 minutes walk to the wonderful country park sand dunes and Blue Flag beaches.The whole area is a protected conservation area and has an aboundance of wildlife. The marina is just a 15 minute stroll down the road alongside the river which also takes you to the country park. The Apartment: The apartment has two bedrooms one with a double bed and bedside cabinets with lamps and a built in wardrobe. The other has 2 single beds a bedside cabinet with lamp and a double wardrobe.

The kitchen is beautifully fitted to include fridge/freezer, cooker with hobb and built in oven,washing machine and a microwave oven, kettle and toaster also an electric coffee maker.
Outside: The area outside the apartment is nice and private you have your own private parking space within the walled complex no one can get in as you need a key for the barrier gate. The whole of the complex consists of just over 50 private apartments. Entry to the complex is through the main gates to which you will have a key there is a telephone intercom system at the gate to your apartment for visitors to contact you.There are two lifts which will take you to the 2nd floor apartment.There is a nice medium sized swimming pool for your use with extensive sunbathing areas. If you go up to the large solarium on the roof you will find two sunbeds for your use it is a suntrap and ideal for sunbathing all day long. The views across the open countryside and down the river are stunning.The Area: Facing the apartment is the Segura river and open countryside. There is a road alongside the river which will take you to the marina, country park, sand dunes and beaches. This walk alongside the river takes about 15 minutes (2 to 3 minutes by car) and is really pretty. If you like to fish there are plenty of spaces to drop in a line some good fish to.If you take your car you can drive into the country park and picnic in the pine forest and sand dunes there are lots of parking spaces.
Around 12 km of beach; pines; very old trees; a Mediterranean park with fountains and lakes that give life to squirrels, swans, fishes
Activities around the restored mouth of the river include fishing, camel rides and the Molino de San Antonio. All the local restaurants offer top-quality prawns and outstanding rice dishes, the pride of Alicante cuisine.
It has 494 moorings and all the services and facilities of a top-ranking marina. It also offers 2 kilometres of the new navigable river course for small boats, a risk-free place for sea sports.
